Enhanced ChatGPT Unlocked

The last time we mentioned ChatGPT it was a bit of a letdown.

What sounded like a major upgrade was nothing more than an RSVP. 😞

But this time, OpenAI delivered. 😄

Here are a few of the things that stood out to us:

1. GPT-4 by default and staying logged in, no reverting back to GPT-3.5

2. Uploading multiple files in Code Interpreter.

ChatGPT’s even more of a data ninja, able to analyze multiple files and generate insights faster than you can say "analyze that".

3. Keyboard shortcuts: like ⌘ (Ctrl) + Shift + ; to copy last code block. Try ⌘ (Ctrl) + / to see the complete list.

4. Prompt examples and suggested replies.

When you start a chat, you'll get a prompt to help you get the convo going.

Honestly, this feature is pretty fun and curiosity-building. When we logged in, we saw this:

These updates by no means are a huge milestone,

but a notable iteration, nonetheless.

Like the joy from an unexpected, favorite homecooked meal made with love by mom 👩‍🦰

verses Christmas morning presents.

But we can all count on AI being the gift that keeps on giving. 🎁

🚨SEC Turns Attention to AI

that's the sound of da beast Gary Gensler shifting focus to AI.

crud.

Looks like the road through regulation will get more treacherous.

Why would we say this?

Because Biden-appointed head of the SEC, Gary Gensler was so actively aggressive towards the foremost financial innovation – cryptocurrency.

By now we all know BTC is unstoppable,

but Gensler sure put bumps in the road with the SEC fining Kraken $30m, and suing Binance and Coinbase more than once, among other things.

Why would Gensler do this?

Your guess is as good as ours,

but we’re thinking something along the lines of …

“The most transformative technology of our generation”, what Gensler charmingly called AI, sure feels safe in his hands.

But the way to spin this positively would be with articles entitled “With AI Booming, Gary Gensler Wants to Keep Finance Safe for Humans”.

AI Guy says to keep an out for this guy.

innovation + free markets = the opposite of everything Gensler has and probably intends to do

While nothing can stop progress,

where it happens and who is a part of it can definitely change.
