AI Gets a Promotion: CEO

In a move that should be making more headlines, a UK-based startup called Hunna Technology has just appointed an AI as its CEO. This is the first time a company has been led by an AI … in Europe. Can’t believe we’re saying this.

The AI, called IndigoVX, is a hybrid system that combines artificial intelligence with human expertise.

IndigoVX is responsible for making all of the company's strategic decisions, but it is overseen by a team of human supervisors who ensure that the AI is making decisions that are in the best interests of the company.

The appointment of IndigoVX as CEO is a major milestone in the development of artificial intelligence, showing AI is becoming increasingly capable of taking on complex and demanding roles.

It also suggests that AI and humans can work together effectively to achieve common goals.

There’s no doubt that we’re entering a new era of leadership, where humans and AI will work together in ways we can’t quite imagine. Ideally, we’d like to think it would look a lot like a chess game where a person sets the high-level goal, and the AI generates the optimal moves, with both parties continually refining the strategy together. But you know what they say, shoot for the moon, land among the stars.

Worldcoin’s Orb: The Intersection of AI, Crypto, and Finance

Worldcoin, a new cryptocurrency from OpenAI’s Sam Altman, is generating buzz for its unique approach to identity verification, or “proof of personhood”.

The project uses a small device called an "orb" to scan people's eyeballs. This is not your average Apple FaceID tech, we’re talking top-of-the-line AI.

Once scanned, a unique digital identity known as a World ID is created. This identity could be used to access financial services, participate in online communities, and even vote in elections. What could possibly go wrong?

After you’re scanned and ID’d, you get Worldcoin’s cryptocurrency, $WLD, which is capped at 10 billion tokens.

It’s not surprising that Worldcoin has already been met with a bombastic side-eye.

On top of that, Worldcoin is dually challenged by the current regulatory climate for cryptocurrencies.

Despite the criticisms and obstacles, Worldcoin has already amassed 2 million users, a $3 billion valuation, and plans to expand to 35 cities across 20 countries.

Worldcoin won’t be available to trade in the US because of regulatory restrictions, for now that is.
