1. Are my processes scalable?

   The more boring the process, the more likely it is that you can automate it.

Instead of:

• Receiving a new lead

• Manually reaching out to find an available employee

• Sending the employee the details you have on the lead

• Wasting valuable time

You can: 

• Use Zapier & Hubspot to automatically delegate the lead to an employee

• Automatically send the employee an email explaining the new lead

• Automatically upload every email communication your team has with the lead into your records.

• Improve your customer service because your communication is streamlined

• Gain back your time

When the job is done, Zapier can automatically send a text to the customer asking for feedback and a review.
